For contractors in the City of Buffalo, five-part contracts are available for order either through this website or in person at Vilardo Printing. A minimum order of ten sets is required, priced at $3.00 each, totaling $30. This price includes tax and processing fees. If you want to order more than ten sets, please indicate on the form how many sets you wish to order. Each additional copy is $3.00. 

 

Please note that all contracts MUST BE PRE-PAID. An invoice will be sent to the email that you provided. Your order will not be printed until payment has been made. A confirmation of payment will be sent. All orders take a minimum of 24 hours to process. This does not include orders placed on Fridays by 3 pm. If payment is received, these orders will not be ready until Monday morning.

 

Please fill out the form below. Make sure all of your information is correct. The name of your business MUST match the name on your business certificate. This includes all commas and periods and any other punctuation. The City of Buffalo will reject your contract forms if they do not match exactly.
